WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TAKE WITH YOU ON A DIVE?
All you need to take with you are swimwear/swimsuit, a towel and flip-flops.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A "FIRST DIVE WITH A CYLINDER"?
The "First Dive with Cylinder" offer lasts a total of 90 minutes.
DO YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM TO PARTICIPATE IN SCUBA DIVING?
No, it is not necessary.
HOW DEEP CAN I DIVE?
For the "First Dive with Cylinder" offer, the maximum dive depth is 12 meters.
DO I NEED PERMISSION FROM A DOCTOR TO DIVE?
If your health is in good shape, you most likely do not need permission from a doctor, however, you will need to fill out a dive medicine form before your First Dive.
If you check "YES" in any of the boxes, we will need permission from your doctor.
You can review the necessary documents before booking.
DOES A MINOR NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN?
If the diver is a minor, the parent or guardian of the diver must sign the statements, thereby giving permission for the minor to dive.
Documents and statements can be filled out before arrival, thus a parent or guardian does not need to be present during the dive.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION?
Reservations must be paid online within an hour of making them.
Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
IS THERE A FEE FOR RESCHEDULING?
Yes, the amount depends on how far in advance you decide to transfer the reservation.
The rescheduling price list can be found at www.deepspot.com, under the "price list" tab.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY RESERVATION?
You can change the reservation yourself using your personal customer panel.

Reservations must be made through our website - www.deepspot.com.
CAN CHILDREN DIVE?
Yes! If your child is at least 8 years old, he or she can start his or her diving adventure. Until the age of 10, the maximum immersion depth is reduced to 5 meters.
WILL THE INSTRUCTOR BE WITH ME ALL THE TIME?
Yes, our instructor will be with you throughout the dive.
WILL THE COMPANION SEE ME DIVING?
Yes, a companion will be able to watch your dive from the underwater tunnel.
IS DIVING EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ENTRY?
Yes - All diving equipment is included in the entrance fee.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE ON SITE BEFOREHAND?
The best time to arrive is about 30 minutes before the booking deadline. This is the time we need to complete all the paperwork.
WHAT IS THE TRAINING PLAN "FIRST DIVE WITH CYLINDER"
"First dive with a cylinder" consists of theoretical and practical parts.
During the practical part, our instructor will individually select equipment for you, and then you will dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN BE UNDER THE CARE OF ONE SCUBA INSTRUCTOR?
Under the care of one Scuba instructor, there can be a maximum of 4 students.
A DIVING VOUCHER AS A GIFT?
Of course! Warm, crystal clear water and friendly staff - There is no other place in Poland where you can so comfortably and safely taste the niche sport of diving.
ARE THE VOUCHERS NAMED?
Don't. Vouchers are not named - They can be used by any gifted person.
HOW LONG IS THE VOUCHER VALID?
The voucher is valid for 12 months.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER?
Yes, after the expiration of the Voucher there is an option to extend its validity by 30 days in the amount of PLN 90.
HOW LONG IS THE WAITING TIME FOR A GIFT SET VOUCHER?
Such a Voucher should arrive at the selected address within 4 working days from the day of placing the order. Please note that the delivery time is primarily the responsibility of the courier company.
HOW LONG IS THE WAITING TIME FOR AN ELECTRONIC VOUCHER?
The electronic voucher should arrive at the selected email address within 20 minutes.
