DEEPSPOT NEXT FREEDIVE
The NEXT FREEDIVE program is intended for those who have benefited from the FIRST DIVE FREEDIVING offer, want to learn more and dive again, deeper than 5 meters, but do not yet know if they want to apply for the certification of an independent diver (SSI Freediving Level 1 certificate).

The program involves 90 minutes with a qualified, experienced instructor, repeating and extending the knowledge from FIRST FREE DIVING and going to greater depths – up to 10 meters! The course of classes is tailored to the individual’s needs and capabilities. By participating in the DEEPSPOT NEXT FREEDIVE program, you will improve your skills and become more confident in moving underwater on held breath.
You’ll expand your knowledge, experience more, and make sure the DEEPSPOT FREE 20m course is for you! The program is designed for those who have participated in the FIRST DIVING FREE program.

Arrive 30 minutes before the class start time and report to the reception desk.

15 mins before entering the pool, go to the changing room. Relax, take advantage of our shower area.

At the start of the slot, take part in a deepspot instructor briefing.

Select the equipment available on the pool plate. When in doubt, ask the instructor for help.

90 minutes after the start of the dive at the latest, get out of the water and return the equipment.
