The first dive with a cylinder lasts approx. 90 min.
4. WHAT DOES THE FIRST DIVE WITH A CYLINDER CONSIST OF?
The first dive with a cylinder consists of theoretical and practical parts. During the practical part, our instructor will individually select equipment for you, and then you will dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
5. HOW DEEP CAN I DIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME?
During the first dive you can dive up to a maximum of 5m.
6. CAN CHILDREN DIVE?

11.WHERE DO I GET MY CERTIFICATE?
The certificate will be issued by the Deepspot instructor in the MySSI app after the class is completed. The login information for the application is on the email you provided to set up the reservation.
12. WILL THE INSTRUCTOR BE WITH ME ALL THE TIME?
Yes, our instructor will be with you throughout the dive.
13. IS THERE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN?
We have BCD Vests in size XXS. Vending machines have smaller mouthpieces. The cylinders are 5 and 7 liters. Masks and fins are smaller in size.
14. WILL THE COMPANION SEE ME DIVING?
Yes, a companion will be able to watch your dive from the underwater tunnel.
15. IS THERE A FEE TO ENTER THE TUNNEL?
No, there is no charge for entering the underwater tunnel.
16. DOES THE TIME IN THE SHTANI COUNT AS ENTRY TIME?
No, the appropriate time of 90 minutes (TRY SCUBA) counts from the time you enter the pool deck, so you will be allowed into the locker room 15 minutes prior to the start of your dive.
17. DO I NEED PERMISSION FROM A DOCTOR TO DIVE?
If your health is in good shape, you most likely do not need permission from a doctor, however, you will need to fill out a dive medicine form before your First Dive. If you check “YES” in any of the boxes, we will need permission from your doctor. You can review the necessary documents before booking.
18. DOES A MINOR HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN?
If the diver is a minor, the parent or guardian of the diver must sign the statements, thereby giving permission for the minor to dive. Documents and statements can be filled out before arrival, thus a parent or guardian does not need to be present during the dive.

20. ARE THERE ANY FORMAL REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DIVE?
It is necessary to complete all the necessary documents. You can fill out the documents at the reception desk, or you can print them out and bring them filled out with you. VERY IMPORTANT: each diver must provide his or her individual email address in order to register in the system and plug in documents. One email address can only be assigned to one person.
21. HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

22. HOW IS THE PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION?
Reservations must be paid online within an hour of making them. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

4.WHAT DOES A FIRST DIVE CONSIST OF?
First Dive consists of theoretical and practical parts. During the theoretical part, you will learn where Freediving originated from, learn the techniques for practicing it and relaxation methods to improve your performance. During the practical part, our instructor will individually select equipment for you, and then you will dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters.
5. WHAT IS FREEDIVING?
Freediving is diving on held breath.
6. WHO IS FREEDIVING FOR?
Freediving is for anyone who would like to learn how to properly hold their breath and equalize pressure, and learn relaxation techniques.

All you need to bring is a bathing suit, flip-flops and a towel (Possibly a sports t-shirt).

You must demonstrate the ability to swim when entering the course.

11.DO YOU NEED TO BE ON SITE EARLY?

Upon completion of the program you will be certified as an SSI Indoor Diver and/or SSI Referral Diver.

7. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE OF THE STUDENT?

FREEDIVING COURSE

1. WHAT IS A FREEDIVING COURSE?

This is a breath-hold diving course, during which you will acquire the knowledge and skills required to safely practice Freediving with a partner in open water and Deepspot environments to a depth of 20 meters.

2. WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AFTER COMPLETING THE COURSE?

Upon completion of the course, you will be certified as an SSI Freediver.

3. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE OF THE STUDENT?

The minimum age of a student is 12 years old.

4. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CREDIT DEPTH OF THE COURSE?

The minimum passing depth of the program is 10 meters.

5. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DEPTH OF DIVING IN CHILDREN AGED 12 YEARS AND OLDER?

Children of this age can dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

6. HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS PER INSTRUCTOR?

The cost of the course is 2259,00 – 2489,00 PLN. The cost depends on whether the training is weekend or weekly.

The opportunity to complete the course is available in 3 options: on 5 Thursdays, on one weekend (Saturday, Sunday) or on 3 Tuesdays.

ENTRY SCUBA DIVING

1. HOW LONG DOES A SCUBA DIVING ENTRANCE FEE LAST?
Scuba diving entry is 60min from the entrance to the pool plate. Deepspot adds Scuba diver an additional 15min for unforeseen situations that delay the service. After 60min and 15min extra, each additional minute on the pool deck or in the pool will be an additional cost to the service. Details of surcharges can be found in the price list. The time spent in the checkroom before and after the service is completed does not incur additional costs.
2.WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT WILL I GET LOCALLY?
You will get all the necessary equipment on site. 12-liter air cylinder; mask; snorkel; fins; BCD; automatic;
3.WHAT CAN I TAKE WITH ME?
You can bring with you: snorkel, mask, squid fins, automatic, lycra T-shirt (we do not use foam), as well as camera, camcorder and flashlight.
4.WHY CAN’T I DIVE WITH MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
The ban on bringing your own equipment is due to a number of factors, including two primary ones – the possibility of introducing various bacteria into the water, including Legionella, for which such warm water is an ideal place to grow, and all kinds of sediment and rust (e.g., after being in wrecks) is a perfect breeding ground for it. The pool has a special system that, in standard pool water use, manages to treat the water, but when a large amount of new bacteria is introduced from outside, it could be different. The second important reason is simply dirt, which will spoil the excellent visibility at the moment, and it is rarely possible to clean and dry the equipment really very thoroughly at home, so as not to bring something on it to the pool.

8. CAN PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES DIVE IN DEEPSPOT?
Yes, we have the ability to arrange such classes. An individual interview with the client is required for this purpose.
9. WHAT IS THE LOWEST AGE REQUIREMENT?
You can dive with a cylinder from the age of 10.
10.WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE CYLINDER?
We have 12 liter and 15 liter cylinders, as well as some 5 and 7 liter cylinders.
11. HOW DEEP CAN I DIVE?
The depth limit is defined by the certificate.
12.HOW MANY CYLINDERS ARE ALLOWED PER ENTRY FEE?

1. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING COOPERATION?

If you have an active instructor status, you can become a Deepspot partner. Send us an application via the form found in the INSTRUCTOR ZONE. In response, you will receive an email with details of the offer. In the mail we will send you a sample contract and statement – read these documents, fill them out, and then send scans of them and your instructor certificate in the mail to: [email protected]. Remember to register an account, on our website. Once the contract formalities have been completed, B2B instructor status will be immediately assigned to your account, entitling you to book for training at Deepspot.

2. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION?

The basic condition for establishing cooperation with us is to have an active teaching status.

3. HOW DO I SET UP A RESERVATION?

To make a reservation, log on to the website. Then select the option RESERVE ONLINE and follow the next steps. When you book time under a B2B contract, you only choose the number of people you are training, and your entry fee is automatically added to the booking. This applies to single Entry, Course Day and OWD Day. When booking time in a recreational dive, select all participants in the booking, including your entry.

4. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TRAINEES I CAN TAKE ON MY TRAINING COURSE

There can be a maximum of 4 students per 1 instructor. You can have more students if you come with an additional instructor or certified assistant. In this case, contact the B2B Supervisor ([email protected]) to confirm the possibility of entry.

5. WHAT KIND OF BOOKINGS CAN I SET UP UNDER A B2B CONTRACT?

As part of the B2B agreement, you can book a single Entry with a student, an OWD Day and a Course Day.

6. CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY RESERVATION?

If you wish to change the date of your reservation, it is important that you inform us in advance by writing a message to: [email protected]. Rescheduling is also associated with an additional fee. 8. DIVE COMPUTER

The instructor must always have a dive computer. If you didn’t take it with you, you can rent it from us. The cost of renting a dive computer is 40 PLN. The student is under the supervision of an instructor throughout the course, so it is up to the instructor to decide whether to provide the student with a dive computer while completing the pool exercises. If the instructor implements OWD exercises with the student, the student absolutely must have a dive computer.
